I have been living in Cyprus for over nine years. Here, I found freedom and inspiration and began to build a new life. But my real transformation happened later, at a time when my familiar life began to crumble. When it became truly important not to lose myself, not to drown in pain, but to maintain my inner strength. It was then that a practice came into my life that became my anchor, my guide, and my home. Since then, I have been following this path and sharing it with others.

I am an internationally certified Kundalini Yoga teacher (Level 1, The Kundalini Research Institute) and am currently continuing my training at Level 2, deepening my knowledge of the body, mind, and soul.

How can I help?

In addition to yoga, I accompany people in deep regression sessions, work with the subconscious, help heal childhood scenarios and internal conflicts, and restore strength.

I also conduct nail standing practices as a physical and spiritual method of rebooting, going beyond the mind, and finding your inner core.

My practices are not just classes. They are living work with the body, mind, and soul. I intuitively sense what you need and combine techniques to initiate a deep process of transformation.

Kundalini yoga, regression, breathing, nails—I use each tool as part of a holistic approach. It's not about standard formats. It's about depth, real change, and returning to yourself—alive, strong, whole.
