RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Each Soraè piece is handcrafted with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because our products are made in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or scent are part of their natural uniqueness and not considered defects. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to review your case and offer a replacement or refund.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

1 Notification

Please contact us at kaleshchukanna@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

2. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

3. Non-returnable items 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• opened or used incense sticks, candles, or smudge bundles;
• items made to order or custom sets.

4. Accepted reasons for return or replacement 

• the item arrived damaged during delivery; 
• you received a wrong or missing product;
• the product has a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., cracked holder, leaking candle, broken vessel, etc.).

5. Shipping costs

•If the issue occurred due to our mistake or during shipping, Soraè covers all delivery costs. 
• If you return an item for other reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

 

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will email you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
