1. About Soraè

Soraè is a Cyprus-based artisanal brand creating handcrafted incense, candles, ceramic holders, and home fragrance items. Each piece is born from intention, creativity, and soul — made by hand in small batches, with care and attention to every detail. Our philosophy combines natural materials, timeless design, and a sense of ritual, inviting you to slow down and reconnect with the moment. 

2. Eligibility

To make a purchase from our online store, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR (€). Taxes are not charged separately, as Soraè operates as a small self-employed business under local regulations. We reserve the right to update prices, collections, or product availability at any time without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase and can be made securely via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other available methods shown at checkout. 

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer shipping within Cyprus only. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or local couriers. 

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade and aromatic nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the packaging has been opened. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at kaleshchukanna@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. 

6. Product Use and Safety

Our incense, candles, and smudge products are intended for external and aromatic use only. Always burn items on a heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials, pets, and children. Soraè is not responsible for improper or unsafe use of our products. 

7. Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs, logos, and product names displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Soraè. No part of the website or its content may be copied, modified, or distributed without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Soraè shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. All products are offered “as is,” without warranties beyond those required by law. 

9. Privacy and Data

Protection We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and use your personal information in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). 

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cyprus.
