I have been living in Cyprus for over 10 years. It became the place where I started building a new chapter of my life, but my deepest transformation happened during one of the most challenging periods I had ever experienced.
At that moment, I was searching not only for stability, but for a way to reconnect with myself, regain inner strength, and move through life with more awareness and clarity. Through the guidance of my mentor, I was introduced to Kundalini Yoga and began with practices that included breathwork, movement, and meditation.
Very quickly, I experienced how deeply these practices could shift emotional state, energy, and the relationship with oneself. What started as personal support gradually became a path of profound transformation and self discovery.
Over time, I continued deepening my practice through 40 day meditations, daily discipline, and study. Eventually, I realized that I wanted to share this powerful tool with others, especially with those moving through periods of change, emotional pressure, uncertainty, or inner transformation.
Today, I am an internationally certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Level 1 (KRI-Kundalini Research Institute). I have also completed additional trainings in Prenatal Kundalini Yoga and Postpartum Recovery practices.
Currently, I am continuing to expand my knowledge through a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in India, deepening my understanding of the body, nervous system, breath, and mindful movement.
An important extension of this journey became Soraè. A space that was born naturally from my practice, lifestyle, and inspiration through yoga.
All products presented in the store are things I personally use in my daily life, rituals, and practices. Incense sticks, candles, smudge bundles, shower oils, and other elements are carefully selected and created as tools to help slow down, create atmosphere, reconnect with yourself, and bring more awareness into everyday life.
For me, Soraè is a continuation of the same philosophy I share through practice. Mindfulness, inner balance, the beauty of simple moments, and self care.
My approach is gentle, supportive, and grounded in real experience. Through practice, I create a space where people can reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and build a stronger inner foundation.
